Thank you for choosing our piano studio for lessons. To provide the best service, we have the following booking policies: 1. Refund Policy: - No refunds once the program starts. - Cancel within 48 hours for a full refund. - After 48 hours, a 10% late cancellation fee applies. Fee increases by 10% per day. 2. Cancellation Policy: - No refund if canceled within 48 hours before start date. Finding a replacement is difficult and affects our business.
